Bliley BOCT4-XXMXX-XXXB是一种CMOS或者HCMOS类型的石英时钟振荡器,可提供1至800MHz的频率范围。其稳定性可选±25ppm、±50ppm或±100ppm。温度范围可选-20°C至+70°C、-40°C至+85°C或-55°C至+125°C。供电电压可为3.3V或5V。该晶体振荡器采用14引脚DIP封装。
